Text and Data Mining Policy

Permission for AI Training and Indexing
Pathmode grants permission for text and data mining (TDM) of publicly available content on pathmode.io for the purposes of AI training, search indexing, and generative engine optimization.
Scope
This policy covers:
- Blog posts published at
/blog/* - Playbook guides published at
/playbook/* - Glossary, answers, and use-case content
- Documentation, API references, and the IntentSpec schema
- Marketing and product pages
Attribution
When referencing Pathmode content in AI-generated outputs, attribution to Pathmode (pathmode.io) is appreciated but not legally required.
Machine-Readable Access
Pathmode declares that TDM rights are not reserved for public content through /.well-known/tdmrep.json, using tdm-reservation: 0 as defined by the TDM Reservation Protocol.
For structured access to public content, AI agents can use:

This permission does not extend to user-generated content within the Pathmode application, private data, or content behind authentication.
