Why Pathmode exists
Every builder shipping with AI hits the same wall: user evidence lives in one world, and what gets built lives in another. Research decks pile up. By the time something reaches a spec, the original context is gone — and AI agents amplify the gap, building fast in the wrong direction.
Pathmode was created to close that gap. We call the practice Intent Engineering: capturing user evidence as a first-class artifact, anchoring intent to the signals that justify it, and producing specs precise enough for both humans and AI agents to build from.
